Great location by the lake and near tube station. Comfortable bed and excellent air con. Generous supply of tea, coffee, and water. Daily towel changes and clean rooms.

Conveniently situated close to public transportation and lakes, it's easy to get a cab back to this hotel. It has comfortable beds and excellent air con, and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. the hotel provides free water bottles and tea/coffee, which is a nice touch for solo travelers. Breakfast is simple but adequate.
The wifi can be slow, which may make browsing the internet a bit challenging.

Great location, just across the street from one of the beautiful attractions. Christmas decorations added a festive charm to the property. Cocktails and snacks offered at the hotel bar were tasty and reasonably priced. Keys cards worked well and never had any issues, saving time and hassle. The hotel staff at the front desk were polite and efficient, facilitating our check-in and check-out process with ease.
The walls were very thin, could hear conversations in the neighboring rooms, couldn't sleep and was very frustrating. The bed was uncomfortable, my back and neck hurt after sleeping on it. The bathroom looked very old and needed retouching. The breakfast was limited, mostly Chinese dishes offered, and very few English options. The hotel was a bit tough to find as it was located among many other hotels and buildings.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel by the lake. The location was great, just a short walk to the subway station and taxis were easy to find for the return trip. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, with daily towel and bed sheet changes. They also restocked tea, coffee, and water bottles daily. The hotel facilities, particularly the air conditioning, made my stay quite comfortable.
No negatives from this hotel. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was a nice touch.
